Information about download allowances can be found in the detailed book record provided by the publisher. Starting with a Search@UW record for the title, click through to the access link provided under View Online.

Download and restriction information is located in different spots on publisher websites.

  • For ProQuest ebooks review the "Availability" section or where it says “Pages Remaining for PDF" 
  • For Ebsco ebooks, look for sections labled “Print/Email/Save” “Pages Remaining for PDF” (ProQuest)
  • or review the page for icons that indicate which portions of a book are available for download.
